Can I use your music for my Youtube video?
Yes of course! Just give me credit either in the video itself, or in text form in the description. For example:

Are you available for composing original music for my project?
In general, Yes! We just need to talk first to see if there are any scheduling conflicts. I compose music for all forms of media, in all styles as long as it is orchestral/symphonic/hybrid orchestral in nature. COMMERCIAL USE/TV, FILM, VIDEO GAMES.
Can I use your existing songs in my commercial project? (TV series, Movie/Film, or Video game)
Yes of course! For TV and Movies, I will only collect royalties via BMI. No purchase of the track is needed. For Video Games, even though this is commercial use, you can just give me credit within the game itself, no royalties needed. For original content for Video Games, please contact me via my contact page.

How do I prove the legality of use of your music / Can you sign a form and send it back to me?

Contact me for any other approval and written consent and I will email you back anything needed. Emailed permission from me as well as the creative commons license should work in most cases.
